Pre-construction site investigation activities were completed in January 2018 with results submitted to the WDNR in February 2018 ("Summary of Pre-Construction Site Investigation Activities" report). A "NR 718 Soil Management Plan" and "NR 718 Exemption Request" were prepared and submitted to the WDNR in March 2018 in advance of the site redevelopment activities. An NR 718 exemption modification followed in May 2018. Soil excavation activities related to site redevelopment were initiated in March 2018 and continued periodically throughout the reporting period. Following completion of the excavation/soil management activities, a documentation report will be prepared and submitted to the WDNR.
