A semi-annual groundwater monitoring event was completed at the Express Cleaners property on April 24 and 25, 2018. Groundwater elevations were collected from the 10 monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-3R, MW-4, MW-7, MW-8, MW-9, MW-10, MW-14, MW-15, MW-16) and one piezometer. Groundwater samples were collected from seven monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-3R, MW-8, MW-9, MW-15, and MW-16) and one piezometer (PZ-1) for water quality parameters (temperature, oxidation-reduction potential [ORP], dissolved oxygen [DO], pH, and conductivity) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Two of the seven monitoring wells (MW-3R and MW-8) were sampled for monitored natural attenuation (MNA) parameters (sulfate, nitrogen, total organic carbon [TOC], dissolved iron, and methane/ethane/ethene). Sample results from October 2017 and April 2018 will be compiled and analyzed in the 2018 annual report, which is anticipated to be submitted in August 2018.
