| Comments: | Periodic field observations have indicated permanganate previously used to treat VOCs has flushed through the system. The most recent data collected indicated supplemental ISCO injection is warranted. Arcadis submitted a proposal to the RP to conduct a supplemental permanganate injection. Client approval of the proposal is pending. In accordance with DERF requirements, WDNR approval of the supplemental work and cost estimate will be requested after client issues approval to proceed. |
