| Comments: | A select round of groundwater samples was collected and analyzed from the site in August 2018 for potential PFOA/PFOS impacts. This sampling was performed as recommended by WDNR based on potential past activities at the site. Results of the sampling and analysis have been provided to WDNR. A site closure package is currently being prepared, including the new groundwater data. |
