A Supplemental Site Investigation Report Addendum was submitted to WDNR on January 23, 2018. The WDNR issued a review letter dated October 12, 2018 requesting that a work plan and change order cost estimate be provided for all past site investigation work be combined along with the most recent data into one comprehensive SI Report for review. The change order request was submitted to WDNR on October 25, 2018. KPRG is currently working with the WDNR project manager to obtain approval of the change order request.
