Work continued on implementing the site investigation work plan. The following main submittals were provided:
1) Additional Soil VOC Study Summary, 8/23/18
2) Groundwater/Surface Water Sampling Update, 8/30/18
3) Interim Soil Vapor Intrusion Study Data Summary, 9/20/18
A project status meeting was held with WDNR on October 2, 2018 after which there was additional correspondence, the main items being:
1) Letter Response to WDNR E-mail Regarding Potential Additional Soil Vapor Study to North of Site, 11/13/19
2) Groundwater Impacts South of Perkins Avenue, 11/15/18
As agreed upon during the above noted site meeting, two additional monitoring wells have been installed and sampled (data sent to WDNR in early January 2019. In addition, five additional soil borings were scheduled for January drilling on the southwest portion of the site. Soil vapor study work continues. various data transmittals have been provided during the reporting period to WDNR as the residential and commercial sampling work is completed and received from the lab.
