Beazer's Supplemental Site Investigation Work Plan was conditionally approved by the WDNR on June 29, 2018. Beazer submitted a response to the conditional approval on July 9, 2018. The Supplemental Site Investigation Work was completed and a report was submitted on January 19, 2019.
Connell did not have any reports during this period. Email correspondence with WDNR on August 8-10, 2018 in response to the 2 questions regarding the wetlands capping and the revision to the RAOR, previously emailed November 22, 2017. Submitted the Voluntary Party Liability Exemption (VPLE) Program- PFAS Manufacturing and Use Information form in October 2018.
