Monitoring data collected from the site indicated that the ISCO injections have been successful in treating residual VOC mass, but supplemental ISCO remedial injections are warranted. Arcadis submitted a proposal to the RP to conduct a supplemental permanganate injection, but approval of the work was delayed. Consequently, more current monitoring data is needed to re-assess the proposed plans. Select wells were sampled in December 2018, and data from that sampling event will be used to prepare a revised proposal for supplemental injections. In accordance with DERF requirements, WDNR approval of the supplemental work and cost estimate will be requested after client issues approval to proceed.
