The Hayton Area Remediation Project (HARP) is located in Calumet County, Wisconsin, and has been divided into four operable units (OUs). Significant source removal (greater than 98% mass removal) and restoration efforts have been completed in OU1 through OU4/Upper. OU1, OU2, OU3 and OU4/Upper has received No Further Action determinations. Wetland restoration maintenance and monitoring continued in OU4/Upper in Spring/Summer 2019. Permit applications have been submitted to the WDNR and Army Corps to implement the approved remediation activities in OU4/Lower.
