The "Remedial Action Documentation Report" was submitted to the WDNR on April 1, 2019. Replacement well PZ-1R was installed on April 18,2019. Groundwater samples were collected on May 2, 2019 in accordance with the approved monitoring program. The next quarterly groundwater sampling event is tentatively scheduled for August 2019. The results of the 2019 quarterly sampling and well installation activities will be documented in the 2019 Annual Report that will be submitted to the WDNR in early 2020.
