During this time period, Superior Water, Light & Power (SWL&P), together with Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC (Foth) advanced the following efforts: (1) SWL&P met with representatives from the City of Superior and WDNR to discuss the development of the consolidated/revised Site Investigation Report (SIR); (2) SWL&P submitted the draft SIR to WDNR for review on April 1, 2019; (3) SWL&P submitted a Request for Information on WPDES Permit No. WI-0025593-09-0 to WDNR on April 8, 2019; (4) SWL&P and Foth met with John Sager of WDNR on May 9, 2019 to discuss preliminary comments on the draft SIR and discuss preparation of a Clarification Letter in support of the draft SIR; (5) SWL&P submitted the SIR Clarification Letter to WDNR for review on June 4, 2019; (6) SWL&P received approval of the SIR and approval to begin preparation of the Remedial Action Options Report (RAOR) from WDNR on June 27, 2019. Foth is continuing to prepare the RAOR on behalf of SWL&P.
