During the January 1 to June 30, 2019 reporting period, BNSF continued to coordinate with WDNR and EA (WDNRâs design contractor) regarding the Pickle Pond restoration project. BNSF reviewed a draft Remedial and Habitat Design Work Plan, and accompanying Field Sampling Plan, Quality Assurance Project Plan, and Site Safety and Health Plan prepared by EA. WDNR submitted revised versions of these documents on June 24, 2019. BNSF provided access to EA to conduct various pre-design field activities on BNSF property adjacent to Pickle Pond, participated in a field work kick-off meeting on June 25, 2019, and helped facilitate the field work by providing railroad safety support.
