During this time period, Superior Water, Light & Power (SWL&P), together with Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC (Foth) advanced the following efforts: (1) SWL&P and Foth met with John Sager of WDNR to discuss the development of the Remedial Action Options Report (RAOR) on July 18, 2019; (2) SWL&P and Foth met with John Sager of WDNR to discuss the ongoing preparation of the RAOR and the preparation of a work plan for a Pre-Design Investigation (PDI) on August 19, 2019;(3) SWL&P informed WDNR on October 16, 2019 of their intent to advance the PDI in late 2019 and early 2020 and execute it prior to the completion of the RAOR; (4) SWL&P submitted a draft PDI Work Plan to WDNR on November 27, 2019. SWL&P continues to engage with area stakeholders to secure access for sampling activities anticipated during the PDI. Foth is continuing to prepare the PDI Work Plan on behalf of SWL&P.
