| Comments: | The property was acquired through tax delinquency by Crawford County in June 2019. The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Prairie du Chien acquired the property through blight elimination from Crawford County in December 2019. The WDNR secured an EPA planning grant to assist in the planning and design of the reuse of the property. Through WAM, a Phase 1 was completed in late 2019 and scoping for a Phase 2 has begun. |
