A Site Investigation Work Plan (SIWP) was submitted on October 3, 2019. Five (5) borings were advanced to an approximate depth of sixteen (16) feet and three (3) monitoring wells were installed on December 19 and 20, 2019. The analytical results were submitted to the WDNR on January 23, 2020. A sub-slab vapor sample and an indoor air sample were collected at 235 and 233 W. Layton Avenue, respectively, on January 22, 2020. These analytical results will be submitted to the WDNR upon receipt.
Additional investigation activities planned in February 2020 will include the advancement of two (2) borings along the eastern and western property lines. A second round of groundwater monitoring is planned for March 2020. The collection of a sub-slab vapor sample is planned in the summer of 2020.
