| Comments: | PSI has completed revisions to the previously submitted closure documentation for this case, as requested by the WDNR and have received comments of the revisions for the client. PSI has prepared a draft of a Site Investigation and Remedial Action Report (SIRAR) and following review it was submitted to the WDNR in June 2018. In December 2018, the WDNR requested revisions to the closure documentation. PSI prepared several of these revisions and submitted to client for review and comment. PSI prepared a proposal to perform additional site investigation on the parcel to evaluate for the presence of vapors and submitted it to client for review. |
