No report was submitted during the reporting period. The presence of Tetrachloroethene and Trichloroethene in the sub-slab vapor in the site building will require the installation of a mitigation system(s) due to their presence at concentrations in exceedance of their respective small commercial VRSLs. The vapor mitigation contractor is currently preparing installation plans and a cost estimate to install the vapor mitigation system(s)for WDNR approval to maintain DERF reimbursement eligibility. The installation plans and cost estimate will be submitted in February of 2020.
