Supplemental Site Investigation (SI) and Remedial Action Design reports were submitted to the WDNR on November 18, 2019. Both sub-slab vapor systems are operating properly per pressure readings collected in November of 2019. A magnahelic pressure gauge was installed on the exterior piping of the vapor mitigation system at the restaurant in January of 2020. A manometer will be installed on the interior piping of the mitigation system in the duplex basement in early February of 2020. Once the manometer is installed, the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) plans will be submitted in February 2020.
