| Comments: | A Soil Vapor Extraction Pilot test was completed in May 2014. Based on the Pilot Test measurements, a Remedial Action Plan with cost estimates, bids, construction diagrams was submitted in July 2014. DNR made numerous comments in August. A revised Plan was submitted in DRAFT form in September. DNR rejected the DRAFT version requesting a signed report. We will re-submit a signed Plan in early 2015. |
