| Comments: | The facility-wide site incorporates eligible petroleum release response activity at the Enbridge Superior Terminal using an ongoing hydrogeologic performance standard. Semi-annual groundwater monitoring is part of the continuing obligations associated with the approved performance standard. The annual groundwater monitoring report for 2019 was completed in January 2020. Facility groundwater monitoring will continue in 2020. |
