The WDNR reviewed the Phase 2.5 Subsurface Investigation Report (dated August 12, 2019) and concurred with special provisions for management of petroleum-impacted soils in the right-of-way adjacent to 203 39th Avenue East (former gas station) as part of a WisDOT signal upgrade project. The BRRTS case name now reflects the site and RP names: âFMR GAS STATION â ADLER B LLCâ. We are submitting this online progress report to confirm the previous Phase 2.5 investigation completed to support the signal upgrade project at this intersection.
GEI is not currently working for the RP. Accordingly, we have identified our role as "Other" for this online report at this time. We will contact the WDNR if our role changes with respect to this case.
