| Comments: | The facility-wide site incorporates eligible petroleum release response activity at the Enbridge Superior Terminal using an ongoing hydrogeologic performance standard. A facility-wide update package will be submitted in the first quarter of 2021. Semi-annual groundwater monitoring is part of the continuing obligations associated with the approved performance standard. The annual groundwater monitoring report for 2020 was completed in January 2021. Facility groundwater monitoring will continue in 2021. |
