The WDNR approved the "Infiltration/Temporary Exemption Request" in a letter dated July 24, 2020. The supplemental injection work was performed from August 28 through September 3, 2020, with installation of the balance of the injection wells on October 8, 2020. A semi-annual groundwater sampling event was conducted on October 28, 2020, with the analytical results being transmitted to the WDNR via e-mail on November 24, 2020. A report formally documenting the supplemental injection work and groundwater sampling results is currently being prepared.
