A Request for Extension and Modification to the Hazardous Waste Remediation Variance was submitted to the WDNR on July 20, 2020. An Interim Action Report and Soil Management Plan for Imported Soil from the WisDOT Highway 13 Boyd Creek Project was submitted to the WDNR on September 18, 2020. A report summarizing the results of groundwater sampling at the Bretting Development Corporation Clubhouse well was submitted to the WDNR on December 8, 2020. A public update that included a summary of work completed in 2020 and plans for 2021 was mailed to the WDNR and surrounding property owners on December 22, 2020.
