To whom it may concern:
I am writing an update in regards to the property 375 Lopas St. I am the new owner and unfortunately purchased this property and was unaware of the ongoing DNR case, had I known I wouldn't have ever purchased the property. Unfortunately, the condition report was falsified and didn't make us aware that there were contaminants in the soil. I spoke with Mr. McKnight in great detail about the situation in its entirety. It is unfortunate that this issue has been ongoing for 20 years and now it is my responsibility to rectify it. I would ask for patience as I work through the legal portion of this issue with the former owners. Also, I reached out to McMahon to start the process of a study, they are 4-6 months out before they will be able to take their initial samples due to workload. I will keep the DNR posted as to new updates.
