1. Submitted a Remedial Design Report for the expanded SVE system, dated August 2014. (Interim Action)
2. Continued monthly measurement of sub-slab pressure differentials (manometer checks) beneath the building at 113 Callon Street for verification testing associated with the vapor mitigation system (Interim Action).
3. The mobile 120 scfm SVE unit was disconnected and removed from the site on December 16, 2014, in anticipation of delivery of the mobile 350 scfm SVE unit in January 2015. (Interim Action)
4. Collection of a monthly exhaust emission sample in December 2014 from the mobile SVE system for laboratory analysis. (Interim Action)
5. Submitted DERF reimbursement applications to the WDNR for costs associated with the Immediate Action and Interim Action.
6. Reviewed of televising reports for sanitary and storm sewers located in the immediate site vicinity provided by the City of Wausau Engineering Department. The sanitary sewer appeared to be in good condition. However, the storm sewer report showed apparent deterioration (i.e., cracks) beneath South Second Street at two locations near the Former Kraft Cleaners site.
