The "Supplemental Remediation Documentation and Progress Report" was submitted to the WDNR on February 26, 2021. A semi-annual groundwater sampling event was conducted on April 21, 2021, with the analytical results being transmitted to the WDNR via e-mail on May 17, 2021. The sampling activities were formally documented in the âSemi-Annual Progress Reportâ submitted to the WDNR on June 24, 2021. The progress report also included details regarding a planned supplemental carbon amendment event scheduled for July 14, 2021. A request to extend the existing injection exemption approval which expires on July 24, 2021 was submitted to the WDNR via e-mail on June 10, 2021. A response from the WDNR to this request is still pending. The next groundwater sampling event is tentatively scheduled for October 2021.
