During the January 1 to June 30, 2021 reporting period, BNSF continued to coordinate with WDNR, EA (WDNR design contractor), and the City of Superior regarding the Pickle Pond restoration project. On March 5, 2021, BNSF provided comments on the Remedial and Habitat Design 75 Percent Design Report, prepared by EA, and received by BNSF on January 26, 2021. BNSF also continued to coordinate with WDNR and the City of Superior regarding draft agreements related to the potential transfer of certain BNSF-owned property adjacent and proximate to Pickle Pond to the City. On May 7, 2021, BNSF, WDNR and the City of Superior participated in a conference call to discuss the draft property donation agreement and the 75 Percent Design Report.
