A case closure packet was submitted to the DNR on November 25, 2020. The DNR requested additional information on January 22, 2021. The additional information was submitted to the DNR on March 29, 2021. Case closure was subsequently not recommended by the DNR in a letter dated April 28, 2021. Additional requirements for case closure included the performance of two (2) rounds of post-mitigation PFE and indoor air testing in the arcade/bar and a second round of PFE testing in the duplex. The second round of PFE testing in the duplex and the initial round of PFE and indoor air testing in the arcade/bar were performed in May of 2021. The second round of PFE and indoor air testing in the arcade/bar is scheduled for September 1, 2021. Case closure will be requested subsequent to receipt of these test results.
