No report was submitted during the reporting period. The existing groundwater monitoring well network was sampled in January 2021. MW-2 and MW-4 were also sampled in May of 2021. The sub-slab vapor in Unit B was re-tested utilizing the 'Shut-In' test leak detection method at the DNR's request. A vapor sample was also collected from the sanitary sewer 'clean-out" in Unit B. No small commercial or residential VRSLs were exceeded in either sample. In addition, a soil sample was collected beneath the floor slab base course in Unit B within ten (10) feet of the former dry cleaning machine and beneath the pavement section at GP-3. No VOCs are present at concentrations in exceedance of their respective detection limits at either location. Based on these results, a final round of groundwater monitoring of MW-2 and MW-4 is planned in August 2021. UEC intends to submit an NR716 compliant SIR in September 2021.
