| Comments: | A supplemental carbon amendment injection event was completed on July 14, 2021 as previously communicated to the WDNR. The first remediation DERF claim was submitted to the WDNR on July 19, 2021. A semi-annual groundwater sampling event was completed in October 2021 with the results being provided to the WDNR via e-mail on December 7, 2021. The sampling results will be formally documented in a Semi-Annual Progress Report that is currently being prepared. |
