To whom it may concern:
I have been working with McMahon to try and coordinate a sampling; however, their workload did not allow for them to make a site visit. I donât believe there will be any additional updates until at least spring when we can schedule sampling. I will continue to update the portal as we have further information and updates.
It is very disheartening and disappointing that the previous owner did nothing to rectify this situation over the last 20+ years. He knew their was an issue and never made us aware when we purchased the property. I unknowingly purchased this property with the issue and now it has become my burden. I will continue to do the best I can to move the progress forward.
