The following is a list of submittals for the 7/1/2021 through 12/31/2021 reporting period: NR 700 Semi-Annual Progress Report for January through June 2021 (07/23/2021), Bimonthly Progress Report for May and June 2021 (07/23/2021), Bimonthly Progress Report for July and August 2021 (09/27/2021), Conditional Close-Out Responses and Wisconsin Long-Term Care License Renewal Application (11/01/2021), Second Semi-Annual 2021 RCRA Groundwater Monitoring Results (11/29/2021), Bimonthly Progress Report for September and October 2021 (11/30/2021), Summary of 2021 Sign Inspection Activities (12/06/2021), and 2021 On-Property Corrective Measures Monitoring & Maintenance Report (12/10/2021). In addition to the above submittals, Beazer continued to work with USEPA Great Lakes National Program Office and WDNR regarding the Great Lakes Legacy Act Focused Feasibility Study project during this reporting period.
