A Q2 2021 Project Status report was submitted on July 15. A Q3 2021 Project Status report was submitted on October 15. A Site Investigation Work Plan extension request was submitted on October 18. A Response to the Notice of Non-Compliance and DNR Response to Drinking Water Well Sampling Summary Report - Land Applied Biosolids Area was submitted on November 22. A Site Investigation Work Plan was submitted on December 23. Field investigation activities are ongoing at the site. Routine communications were completed with the WDNR regarding the investigation activities.
