No report was submitted during the reporting period. UEC has prepared a RAP detailing the configuration, operation and maintenance of two (2) sub-slab mitigation systems in the site building. A DERP Reimbursement Cost Detail Linking Spreadsheet was also prepared detailing the costs to install the systems. However, the current PM stated that a NR 716 compliant SIR has not been approved and a RAP will therefore not be approved. The RP needs to install the below grade portions of the sub-slab mitigation systems at a minimum so the vacant building can be leased. UEC would like to discuss options with the PM and Tim Alessi.
