⢠Connell performed pre-design investigation sampling per approved work plan.
⢠On April 5, 2022, Beazer filed with the Milwaukee County Circuit Court a Petition for Judicial Review pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 227.52 and 227.53, in which Beazer has challenged DNRâs March 7, 2022 Administrative Order and requests that the Court remand the case to DNR with instructions to approve the Revised IAWP and Revised RAOR, both dated November 19, 2021, or in the alternative, grant Beazer a contested case hearing.
⢠On April 6, 2022, Beazer filed with the Office of the Secretary of DNR a Petition for Contested Case Hearing pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 227.42, in which Beazer has challenged DNRâs March 7, 2022 Administrative Order and requests that DNR grant a contested case hearing for review of the terms and conditions of said Administrative Order.
