On March 2, 2022, the WDNR sent a letter commenting on the December 2021 SIWP for the site. A follow-up call between the WDNR, Village of Grafton, and TRC was held on March 22, 2022. Routine groundwater sampling was conducted March 15-18, 2022, and results were similar to recent/historic concentrations. The Village of Grafton/TRC submitted a SIWP Addendum to the RR portal on July 1, 2022. The addendum included 2022 sampling results and responses to the various items referenced in the WDNR's March 2, 2022, letter. The access agreement needed to conduct sampling at 2076 First Ave. is now in place, so coordination of vapor sampling field activities as proposed in the SIWP will begin. Pending access approval from private well property owners, the private wells identified in the SIWP Addendum (Figure 6) will also be sampled, if present.
