No report was submitted during the reporting period. Based on a discussion with the PM, UEC will submit a $700.00 review fee and an interim action request in August/September of 2022 to install two (2) vapor mitigation systems in the site building. The submittal will also detail any remaining site investigation activities needed to complete a NR 716 compliant Site Investigation Report (SIR). In addition, UEC will provide costs to complete the work and achieve case closure to remain eligible for DERP reimbursement.
