An NR716 compliant SIR dated April 15, 2022 was submitted with review fee. The DNR requested additional site investigative activities including soil, groundwater and sub-slab vapor sampling and analysis in a May 19, 2022 letter. A SIWP was subsequently submitted on June 3, 2022 and approved on June 9, 2022. The results of the additional site investigation were submitted on July 6, 2022. The PM indicated the SIR was complete and approved the submittal of a case closure packet in an email dated July 12, 2022. UEC will submit a case closure packet with applicable fees in August of 2022.
