During the period, previously submitted closure packets were determined to be incomplete and in need of supplementation, and there were several discussions with DNR about combining two BRRTS sites and two VPLE sites into one. Ultimately, the decision was made to combine the sites. During this period, two sites were combined into one BRRTS number and closure packets previously submitted in November 2022 were revised into one combined closure application packet. The final DNR Case Closure Form 4400-202 (R 08/16) was received by DNR on 03/28/2022 for 02-52-547631 EXPRESS CLEANERS located at 3921-3941 N MAIN ST, RACINE, and determined complete by DNR on April 6, 2022.
