To whom it may concern:
I have been in consistent communication with Stuart Boerst from McMahon and Associates. Due to their current workload and the very small size of this project, they were not able to do the core samples in 2022. We are continuing our conversation in 2023 to see if we can get hand samples drilled. Again, this report was created more than 20 years ago in 2001. Unfortunately, at the time of purchase none of this was flagged. Therefore, this has now become my responsibility to attempt to cure after more than 20 years. I will continue to do my best to resolve this issue that was unbeknownst to me upon purchasing this property. I will continue to update this portal as requested.
