Report is currently undergoing internal review/edits, preparing it for submittal to WDNR. Notification letter to landowner (BNSF) also under internal review/edits; submittal of that letter to BNSF will precede Case Closure report submittal by a minimum of 30 days, per WDNR guidelines. |
