The Howard's Bay Focused Feasibility Study (FFS)Report was in preparation during the reporting period as part of the Great Lakes Legacy Act project that is underway for Howard's Bay. The FFS will identify and evaluate sediment remedial options for the Howard's Bay study area. The study area addressed in the report is much larger than, but includes AOC#14. The draft report is being developed through a technical collaboration with the WDNR, USEPA Great Lakes National Program Office, and the US Army Corps of Engineers. In addition, the project team has collaborated with the City of Superior as an involved stakeholder regarding the potential scope of the project and feasibility of various options.
