The following letters/reports were submitted during the reporting period:
1) Site Use Map and Use Restrictions for October 2022 to October 2023 Period letter dated October 21, 2022,
2) Clubhouse Groundwater Sample Results and Carbon Cylinder Replacement letter dated November 22, 2022,
3) Notice of Continuing Obligations and Residual Contamination from Soil Imported from Boyd Creek and Placed in Use Area PAT letter dated December 20, 2022.
A public update that included a summary of work completed in 2022 and plans for 2023 was emailed to the WDNR on December 15, 2022. Following WDNR review, the public update was mailed to the WDNR and surrounding property owners on December 22, 2022.
