An attempt was made to gain off-site access to the properties to the east to install monitoring wells per the Work Plan reviewed by the WDNR in April 2022. After attempts to gain access, WFI was denied access to the east adjacent properties in July 2022. WFI informed the WDNR of the denial and it was agreed to proceed with the on-site field activities on July 18, 2022. On September 1st, three piezometers were installed and developed: PZ-3, PZ-4, and PZ-5. On September 19th to the 21st, the 7 monitoring wells, 3 piezometer and 3 surface water locations were sampled and submitted to Eurofins. On September 21st to 22nd, the well nests (PZ/MW-3, PZ/MW-4, and PZ/MW-5) had slug testing completed after all samples had been collected. Analytical results were received, then a 10-day notification to the WDNR was submitted on December 8, 2022. An updated Site Investigation Report is currently being developed.
