The following is a summary of the work completed at the site from July 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022.
July 2022 - Ramboll completed vapor sampling at newly created Vapor Pin VP-7.
August 2022 - Ramboll completed groundwater sampling at all groundwater wells.
September 2022 - Notification of acceptance from WDNR for VPLE program.
September 2022, Ramboll received notification on the SIR "not approved" and began working on additional information requests for the WDNR.
December 2022 - Ramboll completed soil borings and analytical in the location of SB-18 (below the tank bed) and MW-21 (newly installed monitoring well). Additionally, ground penetrating radar was used in the southwest portion of the building to rule out the presence of UST's.
Ramboll is continuing to work with the client to complete the required action items the WDNR presented in their letter dated September 8, 2022, entitled âReview of NR 716 Site Investigation Report â Scot Industries, Inc.â
Future work involves groundwater monitoring in the first quarter of 2023, submittal of an Interim Maintenance Plan and Interim Action Plan, as well as conducting the migration pathway evaluation.
