- Facility submitted the Site Investigation Summary Report (SISR) on August 29, 2022. This report covered the work executed under Phase 1 of the Site Investigation Work Plan (SIWP) #3 (submitted on January 26, 2022).
- Phase 2 of the SIWP #3 included a second round of groundwater monitoring that was executed the week of August 1, 2022.
- Facility submitted the groundwater analytical results from the Phase 2 sampling on September 22, 2022.
- Facility submitted the SISR for Phase 2 on November 11, 2022. This report also included soil characterization samples results from samples that were collected in an effort to determine appropriate management strategy for disposal. The SISR also included the proposed next steps for the site investigation.
