This facility-wide site incorporates eligible petroleum release response activities at the Enbridge Superior Terminal under a single BRRTs number using an ongoing hydrogeologic performance standard with continuing obligations (COs).
Annual groundwater monitoring is part of the hydrogeologic performance standard CO. The 2023 annual groundwater monitoring occurred in the spring of 2023 and the annual groundwater monitoring report will be submitted to WDNR in summer 2023. Annual groundwater monitoring will be completed again in the spring of 2024.
