Sampling in the first half of 2023 included the second round of vapor sampling on 1/23-1/24 and installation/sampling of three water table wells per the 2021 SIWP on 11/18/22. All indoor air and sub-slab vapor results were less than applicable VALs/VRSLs. The results at the three new water table wells exceeded the NR 140 ES for TCE; however, the results do not pose an immediate risk because the 2076 First Ave. property is supplied by municipal water and the indoor air samples collected at this property were less than applicable VALs. Results for these events were provided to WDNR and property owners as required on 3/2/23 and 4/7/23, respectively. Proposed work in third quarter 2023 includes conducting the annual site-wide groundwater monitoring event per the 2021 SIWP.
