Ramboll, on behalf of Newell Operating Company (NOC), completed the second (January 2023) and third (April 2023) of the proposed four quarterly groundwater sampling events from the WDNR approved Additional Site Investigation Work Plan. The groundwater sampling results were received, and data transmittal letters were issued in March and June 2023. The fourth of the proposed four quarterly groundwater sampling events is anticipated to be conducted in July 2023 with validation of results and data transmittals to follow in September 2023. Ramboll anticipates submitting the Additional Site Investigation Report to the WDNR approximately 60 days after the submittal of the July 2023 data transmittal to the WDNR.
